Tropical Storm Harvey Set To Hit Caribbean Windward Islands | News | Breakng News | LEGEND Me's Magazine

According to the U.S. National Hurricane Center, Tropical Storm Harvey is set to hit the Windward Islands into the eastern Caribbean Sea today.
